At the moment our lab is experiencing delays with processes results due to a high volume of tests coming into the lab. Once the lab has received your sample, you'll get your results within 2-3 days. 

If you haven't received your test results yet, please check in your inbox for a email notifying you that we have received your sample at our lab. If you have received this email, you should get your results within the next 72 hours. 

If you have not received your results and it's been over 3 working says please contact our customer support team by submitting a request here. 

Please provide us with the following information:

• Issue: e.g. I haven't received my results
• Day and date that you posted your sample
• Your test registration code (you can find this in the H&B&Me app).
