When you received your results, and one or more biomarker has resulted in ‘uninterpreted’.  Don’t worry, you will have another opportunity to take the test at home again. Our lab will be in touch with you within 5 working days to offer you a retest.

There are a few reasons to why our lab were unable to provide you with complete results, the sample may have clotted during transit or there was insufficient blood taken.
