You need to register your test before you send your sample back. Here’s how to do it:

1. Download the H&B&Me app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store and create an account

2. Click ‘Register a test’

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your test

4. Write your registration code on the test request form that came in your kit
