The test code is an important code that’s unique to your test.

You’ll find your test code on the test request form in your test kit. It’s next to the QR code and under the ‘patient details’ section.

After entering your test code on the H&B&Me app you’ll receive a registration code. This registration code needs to be written on your test request form.
