The test code is an important code that’s unique to your test.

You’ll find your test code on the test request form (lab form) in your test kit. You can locate this on the right hand side of your form under: "IMPORTANT - Register Your Test" by the QR code and under the "Patient Details" section.

After entering your test code on the H&B&Me app you’ll receive a registration code. This registration code needs to be written on your test request form.
