We’re sorry your registration code isn’t working. Sometimes there’s an issue generating registration codes; we’re working hard to fix this.
If you’re trying to register your test and have already collected your sample: you can still go ahead and return your sample to us. However, please note down your test code (found on your test request form) so you can try registering your test again in the next day or so. Don’t forget to include your completed test request form when returning your sample.
When you eventually receive your registration code, please email our customer care team at support@hbme.co.uk
Please include your:
- test code
- full name
- and (if not emailing from the same account) the email you used to register on the H&B&Me app
