I haven’t received my email confirmation for my advisor appointment.

If you haven’t received your appointment confirmation email, please contact us at Support@hbme.co.uk. We'll aim to get back to you within 2 working days. 

 

Please can you include the following information to allow us to investigate this for you:

  • Your name
  • The Time & Date of your appointment
  • Please also include a screenshot of the appointment confirmation booking
