I am missing an item from my bundle order, what do I do?

We are really sorry that you have not received all of your order.

Please email us at support@hbme.co.uk to report your missing items with the following information:

  • Order number 
  • The name of the missing item
  • Image of all items in bundle received 

In order for us to solve this quickly as possible please provide us with the above information and we will investigate this for you.
