Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and therefore, if your order has been dispatched we will be unable to change your order.

 

Changes to orders include the delivery address, email address, or cancelling the order.

 

However, you have up to 30 days once you have received your order to request for a refund. Please email us at support@hbme.co.uk and provide the following information:

  • Order number 
  • Name on order
  • Reason for change or cancel
