An item I have received is damaged, what do I do?

We are really sorry that you have received an item that is damaged.

Please email us at support@hbme.co.uk to report your damaged item with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The name of the damaged item
  • Image of the damaged item

In order for us to solve this quickly as possible please provide us with the above information and we will investigate this for you.
