If you are unable to sign up to a goal please follow these steps:
1) Have you already signed up to 3 goals. We have a maximum amount of 3 you can par-take at one time
2) Have you got the most up to date app version - check your app store for any app updates
3) Sign in and out of the the app to see if you can join a goal.
If none of these work please email into our customer care at support@hbme.co.uk and provide the following information:
1) What is the app version you are using
2) What device you are using the app on (iPhone/Android)
3) Please screen shot or video of the issue you are experiencing
