I haven't received my confirmation code, what do I do?

When you sign up or log back into the H&B&Me app, we will send you a confirmation code via email to add an extra layer of security to your account.


If you can't see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder, as it may have been sent there.


If you can't find the email in your junk, try adding to your "Safe Senders" list in your mail account. This will stop the confirmation code from being blocked by your email provider.
