How can we help you?

I haven't been sent any tracking information about my bundle delivery

After we have dispatched your bundle order we don't email you any tracking information. 

 

However, if you placed your order more than 3 working days ago, please contact our customer care by emailing support@hbme.co.uk and our team will look into this for you. 

 

To help us look into this quickly for you please can you provide us with the following information:

  • Name the order was placed in (first and last)
  • Order Number 
  • Date you placed the order
