I have signed up to a goal but my tracking isn't updating or syncing

If you have signed up to a goal but it doesn't appear to be tracking, please check if this goal is a manual input or one that syncs with your wearables.

 

If it is one that syncs with your wearables please ensure that you have connected you wearable by going to "Settings" and clicking on "Integrations". If this shows as connected, please then check your Apple Health or Google Fit app to see if you have allowed for data sharing of that data metric.

 

After you have completed these steps and you can still see your goal hasn't updated or synced please contact our customer care team at support@hbme.co.uk

 

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Screenshot or video of the issue you are experiencing 
  • Explaing the issue you are experiencing 
  • App version you are using 
  • The mobile device you are using - iPhone or Android
