I have signed up to a goal but my tracking isn't updating or syncing

If you have signed up to a goal but it doesn't appear to be tracking, please check if this goal is a manual input or one that syncs with your wearables.

If it is one that syncs with your wearables please ensure that you have connected your Apple Heath or Google Fit app by going to "Settings" and clicking on "Integrations". If this shows as connected, please then check your Apple Health or Google Fit app to see if you have allowed for data sharing of that data metric.

After you have completed these steps and you can still see your goal hasn't updated or synced please contact our customer support team at support@hbme.co.uk

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Screenshot or video recording of the issue you are experiencing 
  • Explain the issue you are experiencing 
  • App version you are using 
  • The mobile device you are using - iPhone or Android
