I am having issues with the biological score, what should I do?

If you are experiencing any issues with your biological age score or questionnaire please contact our Customer Care Team. This can be done by emailing us directly at support@hbme.co.uk

 

We’ll always try and resolve your issue as soon as possible and in order to help us investigate this issue, please provide us with the following information:

  • Please explain the issue you are experiencing 
  • Screenshot or video recording of the issue you are experiencing 
  • App version of the app you are using 
  • Mobile device you are using the app on - iPhone or Android
