My goal isn't tracking correctly

We're sorry, currently we are experiencing a few minor technical issues while we are in the early stages of the app launch. You may experience an issue with tracking certain goals that connect to your apple health or google fit app, we are working as quickly as possible to fix this.

 

If you do experience this please inform our customer care team by clicking here and providing the following information:

1) What mobile device you are using the app on (iOS/Android)

2) App version of the H&B&Me app that you are using

3) Name of the goal that you are unable to track

4) Screenshot of the data in your Apple Health/Goggle fit app and of the data in the H&B&Me app.
