Sometimes, your Apple Health app may not be correctly syncing with your steps recorded in your Garmin device. If you are experiencing this problem, please follow steps below to resolve:
- Open Apple Health
- Select the Steps card
- Scroll down to Data Sources & Access
- Garmin Connect should be at the top of the list
- If it's not, select Edit in the top right
- Press and hold next to Connect to reorder it to the top of the list
- Select Done
