What if I don't want to pay/renew my subscriptions?

If you no longer wish to continue with your subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to the features and benefits until your next billing cycle is due. Even without a subscription, you are still able to see your biological age score, register a blood test and view all your blood test results. 

To cancel on the H&B&Me app:

  1. On the home screen click on your initials on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on "Essential member" button. 
  3. Scroll down on the subscription overview page and click on "Manage subscription"
  4. On edit subscription page you can click on cancel. 

Other ways you can cancel is by going to your app store or google play store - see the steps below. 

To cancel on App store (iPhone): For subscriptions purchased using H&B&Me app for iPhone your payment and subscriptions are handled by your App store. Go to your App store and click on your account, which is the icon in the top right corner. Click on Subscriptions and select your H&B&Me subscription. You can then cancel by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button. Under this button you will be able to see the date when you still have access to the premium features of the app. 

To cancel on Google Play store (Android): For subscriptions purchased using H&B&Me app for Android your payment and subscriptions are handled by your Google Play store. Go to your Google Play store and click on your profile icon, which is the icon in the top right corner. Click on Payment & subscriptions then select Subscriptions, here you will be able to view a list of all your subscriptions. Go to the H&B&Me subscription and then click on Cancel subscription button. You'll be able to see the date that you still have access to the premium feature of the app.
