Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to the features and benefits until your next billing cycle is due. We will be sad to see you go, however, to cancel your subscription please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open your H&B&Me app
Step 2: Click on your initials on the top left corner of the home screen.
Step 3: Click on the Essential member and scroll down on the subscription overview page
Step 4: Select Manage subscription
Step 5: Click on cancel subscription.
To cancel on App store (iPhone): For subscriptions purchased using H&B&Me app for iPhone your payment and subscriptions are handled by your App store. Go to your App store and click on your account, which is the icon in the top right corner. Click on Subscriptions and select your H&B&Me subscription. You can then cancel by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button. Under this button you will be able to see the date when you still have access to the premium features of the app.
To cancel on Google Play store (Android): For subscriptions purchased using H&B&Me app for Android your payment and subscriptions are handled by your Google Play store. Go to your Google Play store and click on your profile icon, which is the icon in the top right corner. Click on Payment & subscriptions then select Subscriptions, here you will be able to view a list of all your subscriptions. Go to the H&B&Me subscription and then click on Cancel subscription button. You'll be able to see the date that you still have access to the premium feature of the app.
