Your points will automatically be redeemed during the first 5 working days of the calendar month. You don't need to do anything, just keep working on the goals that you've set. 

We have good news and we have now changed our threshold for rewarding you. In November if you had earned 1500 or 3000 points you would have been rewarded with either £10 or £20 in H&B vouchers.

However, from December if you have earned 1000 points you will be awarded a £10 voucher and if you have earned 2000 points, you'll be awarded a £20 voucher. If you were awarded less than 1000 points in one month, we will roll these over into the following month, or if you didn't reach 2000 points whatever you earned after 1000 points will also be rolled over. 

Some examples:

Less than 1000 points awarded: If you were to earn 900 points we will roll over 900 points into next month. 

More than 1000 points but less than 2000 points: If you were to earn 1800 points in a month, we will deduct 1000 points and roll over 800 points in the next month.
