Your points will automatically be redeemed during the first 5 working days of the calendar month. You don't need to do anything, just keep working on the goals that you've set.

We have now updated our threshold for rewards.

• If you have earned 1,000 points, you will be awarded a £10 voucher, and if you have earned 2,000 points or more, you'll be awarded a £20 voucher.

• If you were awarded less than 1,000 points in one month, these will roll over into the following month. 

• If you reach more than 1,000 but less than 2,000 points, you’ll be automatically redeemed for a £10 voucher for the 1,000 points, and the remainder will roll over to the next month.

• If you earn over 2,000 points, we will deduct 2,000 points, and the remainder will be rolled over into the following month.

Some examples:

• Less than 1,000 points awarded: If you earn 900 points, 900 points will roll over into the next month.
• More than 1,000 points but less than 2,000 points: If you earn 1,800 points in a month, we will deduct 1000 points and roll over 800 points into the next month.
• More than 2,000 points : If you earn 3,000 points in a month, we will deduct 2,000 points and roll over 1,000 points into the next month.
