Total earned points

You'll be able to see how many points you have earned for the current month under the "Points" section in the app. 

Points history

If you would like to see the breakdown of how you earned these points over the month, go to the information button on the top right-hand corner of the Points screen or click on the points circle. Here you'll be able to scroll down and see the breakdown of what dates you earned certain points on. 

Why do I have manual deduction of points on my points history?

At the beginning of each month, we will be automatically removing either 1000 or 2000 points depending on what you earned in the previous month. We remove these points to redeem you with your H&B voucher which will be emailed to you within the first 5 working days of each month.
