No, your points won’t expire. During the first 5 working days of each month, you will automatically be redeemed a £10 voucher for 1,000 points, or up to a £20 voucher for 2,000 points. Any leftover points will carry over to the next calendar month.

2,000 points is the maximum amount of points we can deduct per month.

Examples

• If you earn 1,200 points at the end of April, we will deduct 1,000 points and issue you a £10 voucher code via email. The remaining 200 points will be rolled over into May.
• If you earn 3,000 points at the end of April, we will deduct 2,000 points and issue a £20 voucher code via email. The remaining 1000 points will be rolled over into May.
