If you have earned 1000 points or 2000 points by the end of the month, we will automatically send you an email with your H&B voucher code within the first 5 working days of the beginning of the month. You don't need to do anything apart from keep setting goals and working towards successfully completing them.  

For example, if you earned 1000 points in December 2024, you'll receive an email with your reward by the 8th of January 2025. If you haven't had an email after this date, please contact our customer support team by submitting a request here.
