If you have a promo/gift code to use for subscriptions on the H&B&Me app please follow these steps to redeem. 

In the H&B&Me app: 

1. When you are on the payment form just before you pay go to payment method by tapping the arrow next to the current payment method to show the "Payment methods" screen.
2. Next, click on "Redeem code" to go to the Redeem a gift card or promo code screen. You may need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see this option. 
3. Enter you gift card or promo code and then click on "Redeem" to finish. 

In the Google Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone 
2. Go through the checkout process and find the payment method 
3. Select the down arrow next to the payment method 
4. Select Redeem code - you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see this option. 
5. Enter the code 
6. Follow the on-screen instructions
